BIOGRAPHY

Simeon Kelvin was born in the international city of Geneva, Switzerland. His musical journey started at the young age of eight when he began to learn solfege and classical guitar. It wasn’t until he was fifteen that Simeon picked up the electric guitar. When he did, it was clear that he discovered his true passion. Instilled with this newfound purpose, he started to compose his own music, determined to make it uniquely his own by combining various styles of music.

In 1993, Simeon formed the fusion-metal band Blend with which he performed live extensively.Simeon played rhythm and lead guitar for Blend, co-writing and arranging a majority of the songs the band performed. Shortly after Blend’s official break-up in 1997, Simeon joined the progressive electro-metal band Antium. He contributed to the band’s compositions and arrangements, in addition to playing drums. During this time, Simeon refined his guitar playing skills under the tutelage of world-class guitarist Christophe Godin and in 2001, decided to move to the U.S. to further pursue his musical career.

From 2002 to 2003, Simeon acted as co-founder, co-writer and guitarist of the pop-rock band Appeal. He then actively performed with The Dizzy Riders, the Los Angeles-based alternative rock band, from 2004 until late 2005. Fueled by a desire to have more creative freedom in his musical career, Simeon founded his own independent record label Element Legacy in 2006.

Today, Simeon Kelvin has established himself in Hollywood, California where he is currently launching his solo career. His first single, entitled "Gotta Go", is internationally released under the Modern Audio Collection, a sub-label of Element Legacy Records that is dedicated to electro-rock material.

Simeon Kelvin has also been active in the fashion world and is now involved with the progressive clothing company, Perfect Stain.
