If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange your item or return it for a refund. Please read the limitations that apply to all returns and follow thoroughly the procedure described below wether you would like to return or exchange an item.

The following limitations apply to all returns:
• Item(s) must be returned within 14 calendar days from delivery date.
• You must fill out either our return or exchange form to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number
• You must include your Return Authorization (RA) number in your package.
• You are responsible for return postage.
• The Simeon Kelvin Store only accepts returns on products that were purchased on this website.
• Returns will be issued a refund through PayPal payment for the amount of the original purchase price of the item.
• Exchanges will be immediately be processed when the returned item is received and the new item(s) will be shipped at our expense.

The Simeon Kelvin Store is not responsible for lost shipments. We recommend that you use priority mail or a carrier that provides tracking service for all the items you wish to return. The Simeon Kelvin Store reserves the right to deny or void any returns that do not comply with our Return & Exchange Policy. Items returned without a Return Authorization (RA) number will not be processed. You are responsible for filling out the appropriate form wether you want to exchange an item or return it to us for a refund. The value of the refund will be the same as the original purchase price, regardless of the current price shown on the website.

Clothes returns and exchanges
Garments may be exchanged for other sizes as long as they have not been worn, washed, damaged or altered in any way.
If you wish to exchange a garment for another size, please check the Simeon Kelvin Store for available sizes.

CDs returns and exchanges
Once opened, CDs are non-returnable, non-exchangable. Contact Element Legacy Customer Support if you received a damaged CD jewel case at the time of the delivery.

How to return clothes and CDs & Obtain a refund

3. Place the item(s) you wish to return in a suitable box or envelope.

How to exchange clothes and CDs & Receive a replacement item

Order cancellation
Once an order has been placed it is not possible to cancel it. All orders are immediately processed for shipping once we they have been received. The Simeon Kelvin Store reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason at our discretion.
